At Zeltas, we work to process and ship orders as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within [1–3 business days] after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays may begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times depend on the destination, shipping method, carrier, and other circumstances.

Estimated shipping times are:

  • Standard Shipping: [5–10 business days]

  • Expedited Shipping: [2–5 business days], where available

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the destination, order size, shipping method, and available shipping options.

Tracking

When available, tracking information will be provided after your order has shipped.

Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after the carrier receives the package.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to assist, but we cannot guarantee that the address can be changed after an order has shipped.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier's handling and tracking procedures.

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, neighbors, and the carrier.
